Order Information

When placing an order, the customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old.

Steps to complete the order:

To order, please add the selected product(s) to the shopping cart.
Thereafter, you can continue browsing products or start processing the order.
Before confirming the order, you can modify the contents of the shopping cart and remove any product if needed.
The total amount due will be automatically calculated based on the changes.
To complete the purchase, please click the Checkout button.
At the checkout, you can make a purchase without registering as a customer or proceed through a customer account.
We recommend registering because when you register a customer account, your information will be pre-filled for the next order, making the purchase process easier. It also provides an opportunity to receive ongoing information about our news and special offers.
If you already have a customer account, log in using your username and password to complete the purchase.
After placing the order, an invoice will be automatically sent to the specified email address.
The invoice is valid for five (5) days. If the invoice is not paid within this time frame, the order will be canceled.

Please make the payment for the goods to the company Tridots UAB 306624785 Ltd. bank account with the account number UAB account, LT147290099046029598. When making the payment, be sure to include the order number!


For delivering the goods to customers, we use GLS. The package will be delivered to you within 2–5 days. Upon arrival of the package, you will receive a corresponding SMS notification. Shipping cost depends on the location and will be visible at checkout. 


Returning a product follows the procedures stipulated by law. If the product does not meet the description or for any reason is not suitable for you, a 14-day right of return applies.


The guarantee validity period begins from the date of purchase.

Product lifetime is two (2) years from the manufacturing date.
The original purchase receipt/invoice and a detailed description of the malfunction are the basis for providing a warranty service;
Transportation for warranty repairs is at the customer’s expense;
The product must be in its original packaging;
The warranty does not apply in cases of physical damage or wear and tear of the product. If the product has been used improperly or installed incorrectly, the warranty is void.
The customer bears the costs associated with returning the goods;

During the warranty period, if the product experiences issues due to the manufacturer/seller, the customer may have the product repaired or exchanged for a similar item free of charge.


Tridots UAB does not disclose personal data to third parties; it is used only for order fulfillment and resolving issues related to the order.
