SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1ā3 working days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

We currently ship within Estonia and other EU countries using reliable courier and postal services.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and size of your order.
- Orders over ā¬50 may be eligible for free shipping within Estonia.
- Any customs duties or import taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
If tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number via email once the order is shipped. You can use it to monitor your delivery status.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:
- Check the tracking information.
- Contact our customer service at https://snowman.eu/contact with your order number.
We will investigate the issue with the courier. However, Snowman.eu is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
RETURN POLICY
Returns
To initiate a return, please contact us via https://snowman.eu/contact.
Please do not send any items back without prior authorization and a completed Returns Form.
Accidental Orders
- Notify us within 14 days of purchase.
- Return the goods within 14 days of receiving them.
- Items must be new, unused, and sealed, with all original tags and labels attached.
- A 10% restocking fee applies.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using recorded/tracked delivery and proper packaging. Snowman.eu is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Damaged Goods in Transit
If you receive goods damaged in transit:
- Report the issue within 28 days of purchase.
- Include photos if possible to speed up resolution (optional but helpful).
- Items must be returned in original packaging.
Faulty Goods
You can report faulty products within 6 months of your purchase date.
- Within the first 30 days, we offer a refund or replacement.
- If the product is unavailable, we offer a refund including shipping or an exchange.
- We may request photos, descriptions, or a phone call to help troubleshoot the issue.
If the issue is found to be caused by wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage, the return may be refused, and return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Some items may carry extended manufacturer warranties. Please check with the product manufacturer for details.
Return Process

- Pack the item securely along with the completed form.
- Return the parcel to the address provided by email.
Refunds
- We will inspect the returned item upon receipt.
- Allow up to 28 days to process your refund or exchange.
- Once confirmed, refunds are processed within 5 working days.
- In some cases, we may request your bank account details to complete the refund.
