The owner of the online store Snowman.eu (hereinafter referred to as the Web Store) is Tridots UAB, with registration number 306624785, located in Vilnius, Lithuania.

The terms of sale apply to the purchase of Snowman products.

The prices are listed next to the products in the online store, but additional delivery fees may apply.

The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the method of delivery. The delivery fee is displayed during the order process.

Information about the product is provided directly next to the product in the Web Store.

Description of Payment Methods and Currency

You can pay via a secure payment environment with credit cards and Internet bank accounts, including MasterCard and Visa.

The billing currency is Euro.

The product prices available in the online store include value-added tax.

Order Placement

To place an order, add the desired products to your shopping cart. To complete the order, fill in the required fields and choose a suitable method of delivery. The screen will then display the total amount, which can be paid through a bank link or another payment solution.

The agreement comes into effect upon the receipt of the payment amount to the Web Store’s bank account.

If the ordered product cannot be delivered due to its unavailability or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified at the earliest opportunity, and the paid amount (including the delivery costs) will be refunded promptly but no later than 14 days from the date of notification.

The buyer bears the shipping costs, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.

Domestic shipments in Estonia generally reach the specified destination within 3–7 working days from the effective date of the sales contract.

In exceptional cases, the right to deliver the product extends up to 45 calendar days.

Right to Claim

The Web Store is responsible for non-conformity or defects in the products sold to the buyer, which existed at the time of delivery and occur within two years from the delivery date. Within the first six months from the delivery, it is presumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery. Rebuttal of this presumption is the responsibility of the Web Store.

In case of a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months by sending an email to .

The Web Store is not responsible for defects that arise after the delivery of the goods to the buyer.

If the goods purchased from the Web Store have defects for which the Web Store is responsible, the Web Store will repair or replace the defective product. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, the Web Store will refund all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.

The Web Store responds to consumer complaints in writing or by any means capable of producing a written record within 15 days.

Direct Marketing and Personal Data Processing

The Web Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, email address, and bank details) solely for processing an order and sending the purchased goods to the buyer. The Web Store shares personal data with transportation companies to deliver the goods.

The Web Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has expressed a desire to receive them by providing an email address on the website and indicating a preference for receiving direct marketing messages.

The buyer can unsubscribe from promotional offers and newsletters at any time by notifying us via email or following the instructions provided in the promotional email.

Dispute Resolution

If the buyer has complaints about the Web Store, they should send an email to .

If the buyer and the Web Store cannot resolve a dispute by mutual agreement, the buyer has the option to turn to the Consumer Disputes Commission. You can find the terms of the proceedings and file a complaint here. The Consumer Disputes Commission is competent to resolve disputes arising from contracts between the buyer and the Web Store. The examination of the buyer’s complaint by the commission is free of charge.

The buyer may also turn to the European Union’s platform for online dispute resolution.
